Could anyone suggest me as i want to aplly PR to Canada through WWICS Consultancy, India.. Is it good one as i only one breadearner in my family and putting all ahrd earned money .

there is no real advantage to hire a consultancy. The money you spend there is better used towards your expenses in Canada or POF. Come to this forum, read a lot, do your research and gain info here..

Sure is okay.. but you are right, the quota might be full. But only you can make that decision to go ahead or not... What is your NOC?
