It's been referred to on this forum as a "ghost update", usually people who have gotten it see a real update on their account within a day or a week. Nothing to worry about.

Talking from my own experience, it is good sign. I saw the same message on my GCkey account last week Saturday and this week Tuesday I got Decision Made my on my application.

But I could be an update on your app.
Good luck though

When I called cic today they also said no update yet. Is it possible they too don’t know?
