APP FILED 17 DEC 2011; MED RCVD 30 JULY 2012, AWAITING PASSPORTS

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum where I would like to know status on my passports to be received with stamps form NDVO.
Timelines:
App File - 17 Oct 2011
File in process at NEW DELHI Visa Off - 21 December
23 March 2012 - Passports submitted
July 30, 2012 - Medicals received status updated on ecas
Awaiting for change in ecas to Decision Made?
Can plz ayone help me coz NDVO is taking 09 months for processing of all 80% cases.
Do I wait till 17 Septmeber 2012 before sending a case specific enquiry?
