I have apply for Quebec immigration under skilled work program in nov 2012
My agent is acme immigration pvt ltd. ludhiana
my spouse is main applicant she completed B.Pharamcyin 2011
Rght nw working in pharmaceatical factory from the from june 2011
She has completed french language a1 &a2 level and have score in ielts 6.5
Her d.o.b is 06/07/1989
My d.ob is 31/10/1985
Rght nw i hve rec. my file back from immigration
my agents gives reason tht my spouse B.pharmacy degree doesnot fulfill the category
rght nw i want to now tht whther we go for immigration or not

You can check the following links if you or your spouse's area of training belongs to any of the list that will give you 6, 12 or 16 points. If yes, then of course you are allowed to submit application.

However, since your application was returned maybe there is something wrong or perhaps you lack points. In the email or letter that you received from MICC, what was the reason they returned your file?

Hi Rohit, i am Rohit Chaudhary from Delhi. I have Got CSQ on 28th January 2013 (Interview waived), and i applied for it on 1 december 2011 and applied for FSW now as my wife is a nurse and nurse profession gives 12 points as area of training. Well pharmacist is not required by Quebec as of now and the current rules for Quebec immigration is valid for only 31st July 2013 and after that new rules will be in place. Only person can apply who has area training points 12, 10 or 6. Even your wifé's eduction B Pharma but its not in that point list (area of training) which gives 12/10/6 points to foreign education, either you wait for 31st July and check for new rules or to be on safer side count your points and apply for Federal Skilled Worker visa over there pharmacist is needed in current list but only 300 max can apply from one occupation but FSW rules have changed and paper work has increased. I have applied through abhinav's and their website is abhinav dot com.
