Apllication returned back bcoz of Birth certificate

PLEASE MAKE AN AFFIDAVIT FROM ANY CANADIAN LAWYER, ONLY THIS ONE WILL WORK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL BC OR CANNT GET ONE SOON FROM INDIA

AM SUGGESTING YOU ALL TO DO THE SAME, AS I WAS IN THE SAME SITUATION EARLIER AND CIC HAS ACCEPTED MY AFFIDAVIT

Hi All
Please tell me what has to be written on the affidavit, if an original BC will take longer to come/ difficult to produce. Either we get it from India or my husband will get an affidavit from USA (where he works) ?
Since we don't have my husband's BC, we are inclined to submit high school certificate with the application.
