Me too i was rejected on june 15 and reopened this sept 13 and on 15 they are asking me to pay again the fees but I cant find where to pay as from cic website noted that I need to pay only in my cic account and when I called Cic the lady said I need to email in CSE which from my experience I need to wait for atleast 30 days for their reply .... Ben pls let me know what u will be doing bro

I am having problems like Sam is. no option to pay the fee in MyCic account, so I had to submit another CSE in regards to this - like they told you Sam to do..

There is no status change in my application yet, but I think this is because they are waiting for me to pay the fee again..

on the bright side, yes it is a great thing to see that the system is functioning to some extend and I really do hope things will go better in the future

So you mean to say it was GOD in the first place who decided that your application should be cancelled?

My application was reopened too last sunday, I didnt received email that it was reopen just update and when I log in to my CIC account , I found out cancelled to OPEN, and ECAS change to "in process" is this possible?

It is possible, and it looks like it's real! Were you and Sam canceled for the same dumb medical mistake that yelena was?
