Apegs deficiencies

Hi everyone.
i'm an industrial engineer. i just recieve the result of my accademic assesment for EIT application with APEGS.
they assigned me three deficiencies:
• 17-Ind-A2 (Analysis and Design of Work)
• 17-Ind-A3 (Facilities Planning)
• 17-Ind-A6 (Systems Simulation)
also please, can anyone suggest some study materials and ressources for these subjects?
