You don't have to apply to APEGA. Just qualify in another province that doesn't require the one year Canadian XP and then transfer to APEGA automatically as a P. Eng.

Do you know which province has easiest and fastest processing time for eng. in training application?
I have 4 years of electrical degree from overseas with no experience at all.
If you can share more information about how to begin with a process, it would be much appreciated.

What province do you live in? Or you are immigrating through EE or PNP?

i live in BC and currently employed as Electrical apprentice with local union 213.

The province you live in is irrelevant.

The best regulator to apply to is highly dependent on your specific case.

But EGBC will be a good way to go.
