Apartment needed in Waterloo Ontario

Hello

I'm seeking a 2 bed apartment in Waterloo in the August month.

does anyone have tips on how to find such places and how I can arrange a short lease of around six months to start.

Once our properties sell in the UK we then plan on buying a house/condo - whatever our slim budget will allow.

You will find it very difficult to get a 6 month lease. 1 year is standard.
