Apartment for a small family required in Montreal

I am looking for an apartment 4.5 preferably (even a spacious 3.5 could be considered) in Montreal; close to Bus stop, Metro, School, CLSC/Hospital, Grocery Stores, Masjid and other commodities. I am preferring Salaberry, Ville Saint Laurent, Parc Extension etc.

I prefer the apartments including heating, electricity and hot water in the rent but it could be negotiated.

Secondly, I prefer first or 2nd floor. Basement is what I am interested least but semi-basement with good ventilation could be considered.

The likely move in date is late Sept/ early October.
