We had a bit of a nightmare recently and had our pr application rejected due to error in our police cert being issued while we still lived in nz instead of after we left :(. so we lost our nomination (was told it cant be transfer) and and have basically been told to reapply on the rejection letter. we where given new work permits as this went on my partner (the main applicant) in the pr is work specific but mine is open, im coming into one year of skilled work experience and was thinking of maybe trying for the aos stream but would my work permit be a issue?

So they didn’t transfer your nomination? Did you have to apply for new pnp and again submit mew application for pnp or just renew your pnp ?

Why they don’t transfer? Because mostly they transfer. Did you sent them email you got from cic about incomplete application? Did they reject your application or it was incomplete?
