I submitted the application on Nov 19, it's almost now two months, I didn't receive the AOR, is that a bad sign?

Nothing bad. You will probably receive AOR in between 2 to 3 months period.

nothing to worry this country process is always slow since so many people wish you live in canada, its normal time 2 to 4 months
