Does anyone know if the Vienna office send AORs?

Usually, yes. My application was processed in Vienna, see the timeline in my signature

Hehe, yeah, I was super lucky. Vienna is usually pretty quick, but not this quick. I had my visa in hand exactly 3 months after mailing the application. I'm still counting my blessings

From other cases, it seems it takes 2-3 weeks for Vienna to receive the app from Mississauga. They update e-cas on mondays, so if you're checking, check every tuesday morning. My application showed as 'In process' on the 1st monday after the AOR. Good luck!

wow!!! thats quick! I hope it will be just as quick for us. I got it a couple of weeks ago, right after I posted the question. Thanks for the info and help tho!
