Does the aor come in email or a letter into mail box ? I recently applied to cic with ainp nomination letter . When do I expect aor at the latest?

when our application is in CIC stage, do we have to use our own mailing address or still the mailing address of our supporter.. because i myself still use the mailing address of my supporter/sponsor. your reply is deeply appreciated.

At CIC stage the physical address does not matter any more nowadays (provided you gave email id) because they are only emailing on any queries to you. So all communications happen through email only.

I think:
XEP - Temporary receipt number (that starts with XEP) (For some people this stage is skipped and going directly to EP issuance)
EP - Confirmed receipt number(that starts with EP) (Not sure if we will get file number separately in addition to EP number). Both will come together which we can know. I think UCI (unique client identification number) also we get at this point which you can use it to mention during medical exam at doctor office.
MR - medical request
IP - In Progress status (change of application status to in process)
DM - Decision Made ( final decision of application)
PPR - Passport Request (for stamping)

Experts,
If anything misstated then please correct. I am new to this.

I just got AINP certificate couple of days ago and my PGWP will expires end of Oct. I know the new policy states the requirement of AOR of WP extension. i should submit (waiting police check from my original country) asap. but my concern is i may not have the AOR before WP expiration.

i also heard the WP may extended at board but not guaranteed ? if this is feasible, i can drive there and try it.

first of if all you should not wait for your pcc and just apply right away. current scenario show us that you will definitely get your
aor before oct as they r now really fast on allotment of aor.they will ask you later to submit your pcc as its not big issue to provide later.
To wait for pcc ,rather than apply right away is better idea .

second thing you can go to border for wp extension for that u need ainp and ainp's wp supporting letter,some other docs. (i m not sure about ainp
but sure about sinp provide you letter with your sinp package as i got it).i still recommend you to get some more advice abourt border coz i have no idea. i applied thru online.

excuse me, would you know how to apply for work permit renewal based on AINP certificate alone ? I tried doing it online and it was asking me for IMM5802 form filled by employee, and employee pay some fees.

Ya thats right your emplyer has to pay $230 as per new wp rules as well as 5802 form.just remind you that this will give u closed wp not a open.
i dont have idea how many guys now getting open one. lots of ppl got refused for open one so be careful and get more advice before u
apply. i also did closed one process. sorry but no idea for how to apply with only ainp.

Thank you, Delta. my concern is pcc is indicated in the check list. if I submittal without pcc, will it be considered as an incomplete package?
