AOR WAITING PNP CIC APPLICANTS

i have been tracking AOR since few days, here is something strange
on 14 april cic was sending AORs to nov 15 applicants and on april 16 suddenly january applicants got AORs.
now there is a pause again.
Seriously I cant understand their work on files.

Emails with XEP numbers are not AORs, They are just temporary application numbers and in a few days, an EP numbered application number would be sent in the same email. I guess January people, who have received those XEP emails would also receive the EP Application number alongwith Nov applicants.

I have several questions, I believe you could help me because you've all submitted already to CIC.

1. I was wondering if I have to submit supporting documents for Schedule * such as graduation certificate, transcript, or reference letter? or It is just OK to send the schedule only.
2. Do I need Canadian police certificate as well as the one from my original country? I have been living here in Canada for 4 years.
3. Do I need proof of fund such as bank Certificate of Deposit?
4. Do I need to submit IELTS report? I am skilled category O.

I was worried because the check list says do not send additional documents.

I sent my application with that form where you have just to write how much $ you have, you dont need bank deposit or things like that as you are working and you are a provincial nominee... they ask proof of funds (in case you lost your job) and now looking for it..but you have work at the moment. so, send the schedule only...
you dont need canadian police certificate bcz it expires within 6 months, i didnt send any_neither canadian, nor my back home_police certificate bcz if takes more than 6 months then you have to re-send a newer one, so no point of that at this moment, during the later stages they might ask for it and then you can send..
if you are skilled category 0, then you dont need that, send it without it anyways, your PNP suggests that you have already have a good English and working in this field, so no worries i hope that helps, i sent my application like that, and i got my AOR last week

Can anyone tell me how does this CIC process works, I m a MINP nominee I send my application to Sydney on 26 March not CIC received on 28 march, so my question is when they took payment from my credit card for processing fee, how do they communicate or correspondence, by email or snail mail ???

Hello All Members,
I need your suggestion in this-
I am a AINP applicant under employer driven stream NOC C, submitted my file to CIC on Nov 18th ,2014, received the AOR on April 16th, 2015. I have been promoted to Manager On Duty now NOC A. The concern that i have right now is about my job, there will be changes in my company- the brand will be the same but the ownership might change in another two months.

1. Should I inform CIC about my promotion, will that help in the processing time?
2. Will i have to update CIC about the new owners and what documents I will need?
3. If I want to change the job in some time when I should do it so that it does not affect my CIC processing..?

You don't need to inform CIC about ownership change in your employemnet or change in designation. If there is change in employment than you should inform them if you left the company and unemployed right now or if u left the company and join new employer in such case u should inform cic about the change in employment.

In your case you should nothing to do or else it will be delayed in processing your application as It will take time to update system accordingly so better you should wait for MR now and update them if you want later by your medical done.

Hey guys I just have a question regarding open work permit. I have applied for work permit extension on the basis of my AINP in Feb 2015 and yesterday I finally got my AOR so I was wondering that is there a way I can send a cover letter to cic branch that deals with issuing work permits to issue me open work permit instead of closed. I couldn't find a way to reach out to them as I have already submitted an application for work permit extension. I just wanna try my luck and see if I can get an open work permit. I would appreciate if someone can tell me an email address or something so that I can send a cover letter. Thanks

Same situation here, same boat...i applied for wp extension in feb, but thank god they are working on application submitted before 5 Feb 2015 and i submitted it later than that...so i got my AOR, and i wrote a cover letter and uploaded it there...so if you want to do the same

I have been reading a lot of post in last week and noticed that many people are confused and stressed out for some reasons. My advice to u guys is that please be calm and have patience. Taking stress won't help

Hi! I submitted my application to CIC through the AINP, so I will help you out here

1. DO NOT do this. They specifically state on the Document Checklist IMM5690E "Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO". If they need proof, they will ask you for proof.

2. Depends. If you have been in Canada BEFORE you were 18 and have NOT been in any other country for 6 months or longer, then you don't need a police certificate. If you came to Canada AFTER you were 18 and/or have been in ANY other country for 6months or longer, then you need a police certificate from every country you have been in.

3. No you don't. They will ask for it if they want it.

4. Yes. They request that you submit a photocopy because they assume you sent the original to AINP.
