Big congrats. Maybe CIC is working weekends. So pleased to know there's progress. Now.

Possible Trends - Looking Ahead (AORs to speed up):
I've been following processing timelines for other streams. I think federally capped streams were (like CEC with 8000 - for 2014 cap) was given priority. News--Last Friday, CIC seemed to have got to process all CEC 2014 applications. Files that did not meet the cap have been returned. Applications under the stream was processed up to October 23rd receipt date. Complete CEC stream applications submitted on or before Oct 20th met the cap. A few submitted between Oct 21- 23rd took the final spots based on spots that opened from a small percentage of incomplete application (submitted on or before Oct 20th). With AORs for this CEC stream fulfilled, I suspect more resources are now freed up to work on initial processing of PNP applications. I expect a higher frequency, faster issuing for PNP AORs starting Monday (Feb 23rd)...Good luck to all of us awaiting.

My file received by CIC on 22nd Dec'2014. Do you think they will return my applicaiton due to full CAP for 2014. I am realy confused after your post.

There is no CAP for PNP, you have nothing to worry about.
For CEC cap already reached and all applications are already returned back (October 20th and later).

CEC applications go to Mississauga while PNP apps go to CIO sydney. Their timelines should not overlap at least for AOR.
However in the past 6 months or so, CIO Sydney has started to do a lot more work related to the application instead of just checking if app is complete and providing AOR.
I see a lot of us whose applications reaches September onwards are seeing movement. There are a lot of us from May/June with no progress still.

MK - This week, PNP applications are receiving AORs at the fastest rate since August. The projection made for increased speed seems to be playing out into fact.

May / June Applications - There's is a Mayand june 2014 thread (Seperate) with a variety of outcomes , PPRs, DM , IPs. Check out the thread. Now the May/June files with little progress is a subset. What that subset has in common is that the files are OPNP files.

AOR is not UCI number. UCI # is a 8 digit number that is in either one of these forms: ####-#### or ########.
