What exactly are you referring to?

They did some quality control thing over the pass 6-8 months. I am not sure if it over though. During this time most of the processing of Ontario PNP certificate holders have been stopped/very slow.

From the other thread, it sounds to me that the QA has finished. Hopefully we will get AOR soon.

I did go over it. It tries to explain what and why they did it but does not tell us how they are going to deal with those who got affected by this delay.

That is my concern

You will be in the same system, Express Entry does not affect applications that have already been sent to CIC (except for the fact that they will probably be delayed because of all the fuss with a new system and Express Entry applications that will get priority).
 
Application reached CIO on August 18th, still waiting for AoR...OPNP inland applicant
