AOR WAITING PNP CIC APPLICANTS

People help me in this. I want to know after getting file number and medical are we eligible for open bridging permit or not and without compliance form. Because most of the lawyers are saying they have stopped open bridging permit for province nominee is that true? even cic customer service people have no information about this. Please help me in this because my employer said no for compliance form. And I am left with 2 months open work permit.

You need to try your luck. It depends what is written in your PNP letter. If you have some employee restristions like Employer Name, Noc Code, there are chances that they may reject your Open WP. So try your luck.

My nomination letter was not this specific. It is clear that more specifics was built into your nomination, so first question is....Do you really need an open work permit ? if the answer is no (like if you like your employer etc) than apply for closed....you have the best chance of getting it (and you really only need it till your greencard is ready - May and June applicants are getting PPR now). Now if you really need an open work permit then.....
I'll look into "trying your luck"...I think you have a good chance (but don't take my word as gospel, i'm still reading up on this wp stuff).

Bud is not about liking my employee they don't want to fill my compliance form they said its not there policy I don't mind to bear them for next 6 months. But they just don't want to do compliance form.

The lady said if is 12 months over without any complete news only then we should call

Great you asked the question in this forum. Why are even going to lawyers. No help from them at all. They just predict seeing the trends.
I am a PNP nominee
I was doing 2 jobs when I applied for work permit extension. A full time job, the one I applied PNP with and I was doing seasonal job as well.
I got letter from both the employers that I am working with them from how long, wages, duties etc.
I got open work permit but I can only work in one province, which is fine because I am not going out of province as I am PNP applicant.

One of my other friend was working 1 job only but he requested for open work permit in his cover letter because he wanted to work a part time job as well. He got OPEN WORK PERMIT.

My another friend got closed work permit as he never mentioned anything in his cover letter and attached a letter from his current employer.

So it all depends

You can wish that for sure ;D but all depends on CIC. Each file is diff but seeing the trend if this stays like this keep atleast 2 months time. So do not get discouraged I would predict July.

Can be faster as well ;D

I also got my AOR on 13th do anyone know how long it takes to receive medial request at this moment? I hope to travel to India on 1st May for 30 days and i will be stuck if i get medical request between that time period.
Any one?
