AOR under Sponsors name

Hello everyone,

We received an AOR under family sponsorship application. But it only includes the sponsors name in that AOR and principal applicants name is not mentioned in that AOR letter, is that common?
Also, we need to apply for her work permit extension but as the AOR doesn't have her name, can we use that AOR for work permit application?

Since the application submitted is for a person to sponsor their spouse or partner...it makes sense that they received the AoR, right?

Having said that and because only one AoR is generated, that is sufficient for the OWP application so long as the person being sponsored still has legal status in Canada (if an Inland applicant).
