AOR taking too long - is this normal ?

Hi I have applied for federal stage after CSQ from inside canada. My file was delivered 2nd May and I still have not received my file number. I was wondering is this normal? I know few people who got their AOR within 45 days after they applied. But they all had applied before March. I was wondering if someone in same boat as me? And what are their thoughts?

Im also waiting, they recived my application the 27th of May
 
It took us 4 months to get AOR. It's definitely normal. Don't sweat it, every case is different and it taking around 4 months is not at all unusual.
 
Ok I am worried about coz 2 of my friends had their files returned after 4 months, coz of birth certificate reason

I applied my P.R application from inside Quebec. I received my acknowledging receipt of my application on May 10. I did't get AOR Medical request. The question is I have submitted the Police clearance certificate which will expire on August 2016. We came to Canada in 2014. Since 2014 we did't go to my Country. We got our PCC in August 2015. So, it is valid till August 2016. Till now we did't get AOR Medical request . SO, can i apply my PCC again? We have plans to go to India, Is it better to do Medicals Before the request?

my files were sent on 3rd of June 2016, and yesterday I received a SMS that they took 1250CAD from my credit card. but no mails yet.

My application received at CIO dated May 29, 2016 and i am also waiting for AOR.
