AOR still not received for application sent on 24th september 2014.

Hi,

I sent my CIC application on 18th Sep. 2014 and was delivered on 24th Sept. 2014 for NOC 2174 Computer Programmer.
I still have not received any communication from CIC whether my application is accepted/rejected or in process.
The application fees is still not claimed from the credit card which I mentioned in application.

I also heard that from 13th Nov. 2014 on wards CIC has stopped taking applications as new rules are introduced i.e. Express Entry from Jan 2015.

1.) Its almost 55 days. Should I wait for more.
2.) Do I get any communication from CIC if my application is rejected.
3.) I submitted my original IELTS and WES report. Will that be returned to me in case of rejection. If no, can I get these original documents again for reapplying.

Your application will be assessed based on the date of delivery, so you are safe, relax, sometimes it takes up tp a few months for the CIC to open the new file. In a mean time try to keep checking your on-line credit card status for any updates.

Thanks for the reply. I suppose I do not have anything else rather than to wait and monitor the credit card statement.
