I have applied for pr under express entry under CEC with valid job offer 23 months back. Still the application is under processing. No additional documents requested. No updates. Could some one suggest on what is happening. Thanks and regards

Forget GCMS. That ship has sailed.
You're most probably in security screening and a link in the chain probably isn't responding to a request.

We can't see your notes. It says "Photo not found"

if it is in a security check ,you can email to Ralph Goodale , the MP and Minister of Security, he knows the process and the timeline of security check, and he can also speak to an IRCC agent about your case. Of course you should give him your case number, age something like that. his email is goodale@sasktel.net
