Today I saw a ghost update on my CIC profile and I promptly called IRCC call center and I was told that they see no update and I must have gotten the update because of a system glitch. Not sure what to make out of it. In the call center agents defense, I saw the ghost update around 7:00 AM EST and this is probably outside the working hours of the CIC agents. My AOR is Sept 3rd and FSW-O US resident. Do you guys think it could be due to the GCMS notes which I had ordered in the end of November 2019 ( which was postponed to 90 days- comes to end of Feb)???
Ghost updates are in a nutshell ghost updates, that are triggered by actions that shouldn't be triggered. So agent's wont see them either.
