AOR received, should i start to apply for police records or wait until requested

I applied PR under CEC and received AOR today after 140 days waiting, kind of too late but still happy.
I need apply for police records from FBI and China, should I start now or wait until CIC asks?

Better start applying now and submit them as soon as u receive them .it will save everyone's time .who knows how long it will take if u applied after their request and what could happen if you couldn't submit within the time frame.
