AOR received, but no status in E-CAS / MR for spouse, not for main applicant

I JUST received my AOR, but my application is still not available in E-CAS. Is that normal?

Also, my wife got medicals requested just after I received my AOR, but I was not requested medicals. Is that because I took a medical exam before coming to Canada? That was in Nov 2011.

EDIT: I think that her MR is related to a permit extension, not PR. Not sure how to know though, if anyone knows how to trace that please let me know and I'll update the post.

Not sure what is happening cause Dec jan applicant are waiting for MR and you got MR for spouse just with AOR mail :-X :-X :-X :-X

You wife got a MR right after your AoR? So the MR comes a couple months after you applied?

You medical in 2011 is long expired - it was valid for just a year.

Thanks for the reply. She got the MR already indeed, around 30min after we got the AOR. Nothing for me yet though.

Under CEC. Now I'm wondering whether she got an MR for our permits extension (I'm a worker, she's a visitor) and it's just a coincidence we got both the AOR and the MR almost altogether.

The MR doesn't mention whether it's for CEC or permit extension =/
