I wanted to know will CIO sends an email or mail a letter with requesting of all documents and then send AOR ?

or it is 1st send AOR and then a letter requeting for the Documents ?

What kind of email they send and from which Email address they send the email ? what does it look like ?

The Moment you receive an Email or a letter from CIO, whichever is first,that your application is being recommended for further process in your selected visa office, your 120 days starts then. Some time they send a letter and some time an E-mail.
