Interview :- You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics :- We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
B/G :- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision :- Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I called IRCC and asked them specifically about the status of my Eligibility, Criminality, and Security. I also asked them about my visa office. That's how I got the information.

1-888-242-2100. They're having some trouble with their system at the moment I believe. No one could get to talk to the agent including me. I tried call them today but couldnt get to a person to ask for information.
