Hello everyone

I am from India I got COPR through alberta PNP .in my copr destination city mentioned is Edmonton . But I would like to land and live in Calgary which is in the same province. So if anyone have knowledge about this thing that if I am landing in Calgary which is other than destination city in copr but same province. Will it be problematic at immigration??

Not an issue. Calgary and Edmonton are only a couple hours away. You are landing in the same province, the CBSA will not question why you flew into Calgary and not Edmonton. It would be a bit different if you landed to activate your COPR in say Vancouver.

They called me back just now and said my application was approved early this morning and just earlier (1 PM) I received GU4 but haven't received portal email yet. Finally, my PR application is coming to an end!

Called IRCC 20 minutes ago and I was told that all of my assessments were complete (eligibility, criminality, info-sharing, and security)! Hoping to get my Portal Email as soon as possible!

I just sent a request to my MP asking for assistance to see if they can find any more information about where the hold up is on mine. Will be interesting to see if anything comes from it.

Nope. Background Check is 'In Progress' until now.

Yes I am Nov AOR. Just find a parliament member officer near you and ask if they can help speed up or tap applications for you.

Unfortunately in that case, you will have a very hard time finding an MP to help you. I know when I requested help from mine, I had to provide proof of address that I lived in his division/community.
