NEED HELP:

I have found out yesterday that although my R10 passed and criminality passed, I gave a PCC for my birth country that was issued before my last stay. This is because I thought that a PCC just had to be after a stay of 6 months at least, as written on the website, while my previous stay in my birth country was of one week only.

My birth country issued a new PCC today because I have read that Criminality can go back to progress during BG check. Do you guys think I should send it by webform or will it be counterproductive and confusing for them? Do you know any similar case?

I am absolutely terrified at the idea of my application being rejected because of this.

Just called a lot of times till they put me in the queue... About 80 times lol

Yeah I've tried calling in the past 10 minutes before "opening" hours, and it takes like 10 minutes to jump through the queues to get to the right part to push '0' to talk to an agent, but never seems to work. It's extremely annoying

I would suggest you send your new PCC via web form as I have seen a lot of applications getting rejected because of PCC issue date before the applicant's last stay in the country. Not sure if it will be confusing but you can also attach a letter of explanation with it. My personal opinion but providing a new PCC seems a better option to me rather than not sending it.

I just sent it through webform. Hopefully it will be taken into account, tank you for your help!

Hey guys, I did a big oopsie. I forgot to attach 1 employment document. I have submitted it through webform.
1) Anyone know the avg time it takes for them to update the document to my profile?
2) If the above is not completed, will the officer see that I have requested to submit a webform when going through my app?

I had uploaded my document through webform and received the confirmation as updated with the case in 24 hours.
