My understanding is that once you receive a notification confirming Medical Exam is passed and BIL request (if required), you have passed the completeness check at this point.

So yes R10 is passed!

Therefore, if I have MEP and BIL that would mean completeness check is finished and review of eligibility has started?

Another question with respect to GCMS notes. If after I order the notes, cic/IRCC updates my application, could I keep receiving the updates with the same note?

Third related question is that I noticed that my UCI number changed to full digits now, does that mean it is a good time to order GCMS notes now? I read an old post 5 years ago that the best timeline is 45 days but now the process seems much faster.

TIA!

Also, your number should no longer have CAN at the beginning, it should be just digits. Apparently it's an indication that you've passed R10 and you got a permanent number rather than a temporary one.
Although I'm not sure where I read this info :D

My original PNP-EE Application in July was updated from CANxxxxxx with my UCI number at the exact same time they also returned the application as incomplete (missed one document in my attachements). This time around, my UCI Number has been updated on my PNP-EE Application, and Medical has changed to passed. I think it's safe to say that the R10 on mine is complete and ready for the next steps in the application review process.

How many days you wait till they return you first application?

It was about 60-70 days the first time around from AOR to Returned Incomplete.
14 Days this time around to have my Medical Pass.

I did have in my application that I previously submitted a PR Application and provided the number, but I don't think that would have any weight on how quickly they process the applications.

I called IRCC yesterday, and they confirmed that on my application, the completeness check has already finished (my AOR Nov 17), but there is no update on my medical and bio, though my bio info has already shown up on the right top of my portal, I am not sure why mine is so slow, other people's medical passed only within 2 weeks, mine is already 26 days. Anyone else has the same situation with me?

Which means they are not able to see if your medical passed or not?

The agent said the officer who is working on my file has not started reviewing the medical, so my guess is even though my application is assigned to someone, but he has not started working on it.

Hello all, first of all congrats and secondly, thank you for this thread! This has already been so helpful. I wanted to get the groups thoughts on a couple of things if someone has insight:
1. Based on the below timeline would you say the background check status is a ghost/incorrect status or would you say it indicates the application is in the final stages pending the biometrics completion?
2. Would I be able to switch jobs now if it would mean the NOC would change for my new job title? I have an offer I might be interested in but don't want to jeopardize the PR application in any way!
