Please help. I am trying to make payment for submitting e-Apr but i keep getting error that "online services are currently down". Has anyone else experienced this?

CIC services keep having intermittent connection. Lately the services has been going down quite often.. please try after sometime it should work fine.

@vc2ca I am trying repeatedly more than 20 times a day since 19th Nov but i get this error every time. tried using multiple browsers but that's also not working. what should I do?

Is there any way to contact CIC from outside of canada?

My AOR is on November 1st, and review of medical results still shows Review in Progress.

I am an inland CEC applicant. I have a feeling that visa offices in Canada take so much longer than outland visa offices to process applications.

It should be the opposite scarlet as far as i see the inland processing is faster compared to Outland. Then again few cases tend to get stuck and take linger than usual to be processed. Hopefully yours will be closed soon
