I'm in the same situation and very stressed for taking so long regarding some trades where people received AOR's in like 50 days .
I've send my application thro an representative in July 4th and until today we didn´t received the AOR. It has been almost 15 weeks since. On Nov 4 th I hope to have some news but I still need to wait 3 weeks more. I just hope that this 4 months will be include on the 12 months determinate for the all process!

Obviously this is so long, after reading your message, I forgot my wait of 10 weeks. Now your wait of 15 weeks embarrass me.
And this is only the beginning of the all process
I heard that this is a stressful waiting time and I confess that I´m not very good with it.
