AOR not received yet

HI,

I see the status of my CEC application received on Dec-20th, 2012. And the funds are also debited from my Visa account on Jan-28th, 2013. But Still I haven't received my AOR. What could be the reason for this or is there anyone with the same scenario?

Is there any contact number to call the Sydney office?

I was following my emails as well. Even the spam mails. But nothing as of now until now.

Hey sent an e-mail to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca and provide below details to them and tell that you did not receive your File number and they will provide you with your file number

u may try calling cic. it happened to me too. when I called them, I found out that it was sent to me but I never received it. what's ur ecas saying??

You can long into ECAS using your UCI number.
If your application has been approved by Sydney, you should be able to see your PR application status.

Thanks for your responses. the online status states that the application was received on Dec 20th, 2012. I called the CIC but they say they do not have any information as the file is with the Sydney Visa office.

I also sent a mail to sydney office on March 23rd, but no response as of now. Is there any direct call-in number to sydney office to know the application number?

just wait for Sydney response or u can email Ottawa as the other member suggested. u might as well order for ur gcms notes. The information will show on it. My last GCMS note came 2 days ago with my AOR letter attached in it.

it is a computer generated stuff that contains your immigration information. u can open the this link and apply:

Email Ottawa to say that you think your CEC application is being processed in their office, but you never received an AOR. Ask if they could please confirm that they have your application, and if possible reissue your AOR so you have a copy of it for your records. Give them the date that your application was received in Sydney (date from ecas), and the date when your credit card was charged.
It's possible they mistyped your email, or the AOR email went to your junk email folder and got deleted automatically.

Yup, it's true, we can submit the request online here https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
And it is supposed to be processed within 30 days. For some people it has been quicker or way longer, so note that 30 days is just the target. For this situation though, emailing Ottawa will probably get you a response in 48 hours, and then you could just order the GCMS notes anyways.

nope, eligibility not yet started, there is no new stuff. I doubt if they have opened my file at all. The only new thing is that all the documents including all paystubs, forms that I sent for my CEC application was scanned and included on the gcms notes making it a hundred and eighty something pages.
