AOR new timelines?

I know there are multiple posts related to AOR timelines but does anyone know what is the new timelines post Nov 2013? My PR application was received by CIC on Nov 28th and fee was deducted from my credit card on Jan 2nd. I am yet to receive my AOR. I have total 5 members in the application form. Does this affect the timelines for issuing the AOR? I can see that many of the members received AOR within 1 week of fee being charged

CIC received your app on Nov 28th. Now it is Feb 12th. Your AOR has been already issued, probably went in to the junk mail - and got deleted.

Your UCI number which is mentioned on you work permit...

It means your application reached and is in process... somehow you lost the AOR

Yes you can contact CIC and try to get another letter. AOR is not an important document, but very helpful, if you need to contact CIC later on.
