Application fee charged on credit card but no AOR

Hi, my application was delivered to CIC on October 12, 2o12
My credit card was charged the PR fee on November 5th
I have not received any AOR is this normal?

This is forum for October applicants and you can estimate when you might receive your AOR based on what's going on with other applicant's files. From what I can see, you should receive your AOR this week if not next week.
