AOR & Medical Request Received. Need help on choosing the doctor.

Hi

I received AOR & Medical Request. Want to know which doctor will be good based on your experiences, in GTA area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton) ?

I read in this forum that some faced issues with some doctors.

Any help is appreciated.

i am from brampton area but i went to kitchener, the doctor name is dr. shadd. look her up on their website. i spoke to them for appointment and they arranged it for me in 4 days. sometimes they have appointment available next day. so look them up. i went to them and i was a very quick process!

Oct-15 AOR received & Medical received, and case transferred to CPP-O (Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa)

did they tell you something like they have transferred your file to OTTAWA? because the AOR I recieved was from ottawa processing centre as well. But i didn't get the medical request at the same time. Wonder how it works? some people get it with AOR and some later!

Hey Umairz, I got mine just couple days ago, AOR $ Medical under CPP-Ottwa, now they stated clearly that it average takes 10 months from submission to landing. On my AOR, it mentions if you don't get medical instruction and form attachment, you will get it at a later day.

Could you please tell me when your processing has been started ? Your application was received by 11th Aug. but when actuall processing has been started ?

I want to just figure out how much time it takes avg to get AOR after processing has been started.

My application was received on the same day. I received medical request last Monday (Oct 17th) from CPP-Ottawa. You should receive yours soon.

If your wife is here in Canada, and you are planning to do the medical in Canada, you might be able to do it without the form. Contact your DMP and ask.

How much do i have to pay since i'm currently living in Toronto waiting for my CEC results ???

Do i have to inform the CIC that i have appiled for CAIPS ???

2. The Fee ($5.00, only for an Access to Information request) - cheque, credit card or money order made payable to the Receiver General for Canada
