I have kinda similar timeline as you. I'm CEC Inland. My BG never changed yet either. In some cases, BG check and PPR email comes on the same day. I hope we will get the golden email soon.

I am just wondering...sometimes it seems CEC takes longer than the others...no changes on the timeline...do you guys think the same?
And mine 174 days still waiting! Although I got a mail from cic asking for my PNP certificate to upload as well as send it to South Africa high commission office, as I had applied my e-apr when I was in South Africa. Currently i have moved back to India.Fuzail said:

My patience is giving up now.
Moreover in other forums, ppl hav said that if u have not paid RPRF upfront then be prepared for more delay.
