You can use any port of entry for landing... you dont need to disclose where you are gonna land... so in my opinion feel free to land at any airport.Singhca said:Hello Everyone, question for those who have done their landing.
I applied my PR from New Brunswick and I moved to Quebec just 1 month before ppr. Should I disclose that while landing since I am gonna do my landing at Montreal airport? what documents they ask /check while landing. I have all the proofs of residence in New Brunswick like health card, pay slips, except my driving license which I got transferred.
Any suggestions ?
I thought we could only use Toronto or Vancouver for landing :mavrick16 said:You can use any port of entry for landing... you dont need to disclose where you are gonna land... so in my opinion feel free to land at any airport.
When i did my landing they didn't ask for any document (CEC inland) but just for contingency carry all the docs like bank statement, job offer letter...
Hope that helps!!!
Cheers
Sometimes, there are changes/amendments made to the personal details of the passport holder e.g. marital status, eye color, etc. These maybe recorded as stamps/notes in empty pages of the passport instead of issuing a new passport altogether. If you have any such amendment then CIC wants you to send a copy of those.Chelsey said:Hey Guys,
I am getting reading to send in a photocopy of my passport (USA PP Holder). In the PPR they ask for copies of the photo page and any amendment pages? Does anyone know what they mean by "pages containing amendments"? I have tried calling them but they are to busy to take my call and I want to get it in the mail before they go on holidays!
Thanks!
Thank you!deadbird said:Sometimes, there are changes/amendments made to the personal details of the passport holder e.g. marital status, eye color, etc. These maybe recorded as stamps/notes in empty pages of the passport instead of issuing a new passport altogether. You dont need a visa to Flagpole at any Land border. Just check which US border is closest to you and provide immigration services... just go there tell them you are here for you PR and they will walk you through the process...1106tina said:hi guys I'm living in Canada now and I'm wondering whether I need a US visa to land by land? As mavrick16 said. I know that the Niagara border has a special turn made just for people who do their in-land landing.
