Hi Guys,

Got my AOR on 1st june and medical status changed to passed the same day. After that Eligibility is shown to be in progress. No changes since then. Is this normal?

So I got request to submit Schedule A as following:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
 XXXXXXX (my UCI number)
 Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.

I have a question regarding the first document. What is that actually?

And regarding the schedule A, do I have to print it out, fill in, sign and scan the copy?

1. I believe it's a form about your personal details as in travel history, detail explanation of what you did after you turned 18. Make sure you don't leave any gaps

2. Yes print ... full by hand, sign and scan, upload.

I submitted my application to CIC in May. My details are as follows:

- In Land
- Got PNP NB 6 April
- Got Invitation to apply 6 April
- Did medical on 6 May
- Submitted EE application 11 May
- AOR 11 May 2016
- Request for Schedule 4 on 24 May
- Submitted Schedule 4 on 24 May

Application/profile status Open

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
Final decision Not Started

I got an email from Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca on 24 May saying that they did not receive my medial documents and requested me to contact to panel physician.
I contacted Panel physician and they told me they have dispatched the document to cic on 20 May, but till today my medical status it still review in progress.

Could anybody tell me why there is a delay in medical result evaluation?

UCI number is if you have applied for PR or Work permit they have issued this number in the past. If you haven't then attach the LOE that you dont have UCI.

The form will be in PDF format, you dont need to print it, you just need to fill in after you saved it into you computer. I woul suggest you to complete the form in one sitting as it wont let you edit it after saving it. Mention all the trips and travels and education history in that, hope you will hear the good news soon.

Though in the end after you completely filled your form, print and sign it and then upload.

Hello Everyone,

I hope someone could help me, ITA 20th April 2016, AOR on 27th May 2016, Inland, FSW on LMIA. From the time I got AOR my status didn't changed at all, no updates in medicals also.

I have seen pretty much everyone getting some sort of updates in their medicals or background check, just curious is it normal ? Do I need to contact CIC ?

I do have my UCI number so what should I submit? I know I have to submit schedule A. Is there any other document I need to submit if I have my UCI? FYI in those xxxxx is my UCI number and my name, I have no idea what documents regarding to those to upload

I think you should upload your work permit, it states your UCI number.
