Ok then this might have been a site update.. bcoz early it was not so.. when i checkd last time .. approx 2 months ago .. it was just explaining the meanings which were meaning of not started and approved.

I think its a generic status.

I am NOV applicant.

I got my GCMS notes. It's 150 pages so can't copy everything. Any specific fields I have to look out for?

Medical : Passed
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed

Next Due Date: 2016/11/26


Does that mean there are chances of getting a PPR on Nov 26th?

Hi kiran...apologies...could not advise properly....but here are your answers...

on the assesments...the security is will be blank...because it is either ongoing or is complete...i dont think yours is complete and i will explain why in my next post...another way to find out security is complete for sure is when the OFFICER (not analyst ) says something of this sort in his notes "Nothing Adverse in a/35 or a/37 for PA and SA"...thats when you actually know security is complete

regarding the due date- thats called Bring forward date or BFDs for short...the BFD is when your file is "brought forward", re-reviewed, sent for any pending assessments or doc requests, etc as the case be...in your case... after clearing security...it will go for final officers review (most likely...not sure)

Thanks rajkamalmohanram and lazybone. I will check. But what does Security being blank mean ? As eligibility, criminality are marked as passed does that mean Security is done? In my notes Security :

Security: 2 -----> this is you

UIC: xxxx -----> this is your uci you can confirm the same as well....
Family Name:
Given Name:

Attachments : 0
Sub activities: 0

It's just blank and empty. Does that mean it's not started?

Okay...first I know that there are two applicants on your application...i will explain how

if there is:
1 applicant- Security 1 is you
2 Applicants(Husband/wife)- Security 1 is SA and Security 2 is PA(you)

with kids, it gates a little more complicated, coz of the kids age...above or below 18..which determines whether security/criminality will happen or not...

security will always go between "NOT STARTED" and "BLANK"...seeing blank means it is either started or it complete...you will never get to see it being complete...anywhere on your notes, except seeing s.15 on top right hand corner and officer review like i said earlier...

from what you have shared now, security is ongoing for yourself and most likely is complete and your spouses is pending probably...which has been completed by now (notes took a month to arrive)

Also my final notes say :

SELECTION PASSED ADMISSIBILITY. Criminality provided bases on last 10 years No concerns for PA PC's for PA India, Singapore NRT's PC's INDIA

where you are seeing that is R10 comepleteness check agent review...then as Raj says there is will be "analyst a11.2 review"...keywords are "eligibility met, passed, recommend passed" (something of that sort)...right beside that you will be able to find "READY TO FINALIZE"....ready to finalize is also given on "officer review"...

just read carefully on the last few pages....1 or 2 pages above or below where you have seen this..

keywords in quotes...
