Thanks Lazybonelazybone said:Ottawa will generally ask you for 6 months validity on your passport..IF its ottawa..seems like it is from your bg check changes...not sure
By the way..eta for your PPR is 4-5 weeks in my humble estimation..
Best wishes!
chances or rejection are rare after 4-5 months but from what I have seen here- its mostly due to noc inconsistency...madrebuy said:I was just wondering about something and wanted to know the seniors opinion on this matter. is it possible to get rejected or ineligible after 5 months?
I know from my previous note that no one had looked at my profile for 80 days.my medical was passed only 80 days after AOR.
lazybone what is your expert opinion on this matter?
My previous application was rejected after six months. I heard back from CIC after few calls and an email. I ordered notes after I crossed 4th month. Agent review(few days after AOR date)mentioned that lmia was expired and for some reason they just didn't reject my application. Maybe they were expecting me to submit a new LMIA or something. They wasted six months of my life. My LMIA was valid when I got ITA but it expired few days before submission i.e AOR.madrebuy said:I was just wondering about something and wanted to know the seniors opinion on this matter. is it possible to get rejected or ineligible after 5 months?

I had asked my agent but he kept saying that documents have a lock-in date when you get ITA. Anyways long story short, order notes and fix issues if needed and pray that the analyst will consider new docs added to file. And above all have faith. Good luck

eligibility starts once R10 is complete completeness check is done...the delay in updating the medical 'might' be a reason for delay
I believe there 'might' be a possible delay but im note sure unless you can share other details
1. AOR/Category/VO/ your timeline
2. If you don't mind sharing assessments page 2 of your notes and last few pages containing r10 and a11.2

Well, the last 2 pages are where the "actual stuff" is. Please post the last 2 pages - You'll find the notes of the support agent and case analyst.madrebuy said:these are my notes:

See, there are many positives working for you..the best part is your vo being ottawa..
When you did your medicals from your home country, they must have sent it late or some "possible" delay might have occured..ottawa will start processing once they will receive your medicals..the reason is, if your are medically ineligible, it makes no sense for them to go over your paperwork..think from their perspective..
Now, you shared that your medicals were passed after 80 odd days, but in your assessments, the medicals are
showing as not started..two possibilities here-1. When you ordered notes, ottawa did not receive medicals2. Ottawa got your medicals but it didnot reflect on your notes..most likely it is option 2 as you see medicals passed on mycic..another way to confirm this is to check for a section called "correspondence"..and under incoming..you will get to see, when your doc sent it..hopefully notes captured the same..not sure..
In regards to the other assessments, they will work on it pretty quickly now that they have received your medicals..
There is another member here called timothy_fx who is facing the same problem as you..he is an inland candidate with ottawa as vo..ottawa only touched his file after rec'ving meds..but they are processing it pretty fast..
Im stating my opinion here-everyday that you spend with the application being open, review in progress, etc..when you log into mycic... is a good day...
Anyway, anyone would feel bad if their doc delayed for silly/lackadaisical reasons..although i hear you, not much to be done..like i said, lot of positives working for you-ottawa as vo..and you already have pnp..hopefully you will see fast processing hereon buddy!!
Hope this helps!
You are welcome!!madrebuy said:Thanks lazybone.
I have to say that Iam express entry applicant therefore i did my medical upfront and then submit my ee applicaion so they had my medical since AOR. under correspondence i dont have any incoming . it is all outgoing
on mycic the status changed 80 days after AOR. i edit my answer to your previous question by the way. you can see incomings related to medicallazybone said:You are welcome!!
Even if you did your medicals upfront, it all depends on when your doc sent e-meds and when cic rec'ved the same..
Well notes didnt capture it i guess..
Anything under activities/application??
When did you see meds passed on mycic??
