Good to know that eqrkim. I was freaking out. Luckily they kept my file open.

I learned that from my GCMS note that i received yesterday. I called the Call center yesterday and the agent couldnt provide any reason to why there was no progress of my file after Dec 10th. He actually called that CPC-O RFV message an internal system generated message.

Interesting case, thanks for sharing.
It is pretty sad that there is no update in your profile that shows a RFV email was sent. It should be a message with update status at least.
I guess the only way around it besides keeping checking SPAM/JUNK folder is GCMS notes.

I am not getting any revert from CIC, 7 months are about to pass, i have already orders for GCMS notes on 08 Jan 17 but not received yet.
I also called CIC ottawa , they only said that ur file is at NEW DELHI and give no further information, i also mailed at New Delhi VO on 04 Jan 2017 but no revert has been received from there end.
Kindly guide what should be done at this stage.

Hi Mika...you me and many other pnp applicants with files at NDVO are facing same situation. I also ordered GCMS notes on 7th Jan & waiting.

I don't think we can do anything more than waiting to get updates from our notes.

"Dear Applicant :

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer. At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly. "

i think their is still long time to go, may be 1 or 2 months more.

Hope NDVO will rise again with due PPR rain!

I have called IRCC and come to know my file is at NDVO for processing so they do not have access to it so can not provide much information. They specifically asked to contact NDVO for further information.

Buddy, Did you apply for your GCMS notes ever before? If not then i'll suggest you do so because it will give you a clear picture in terms of where your file has reached upto.

Received my GCMS notes yesterday. No update since file was transferred to NDVO in July. No security started, No criminality started, no background check started.

NDVO hasn't touched file in 6 months. Really don't know when NDVO is going to start ?
