Hey Guys, I am about to submit my application under CEC. Just wondering if you guys added proof of funds or just added a letter explaining that CEC applicants do not need to show POF ?As it says on this link

there is no harm submitting fund if you have already have enough of that...if not, you may skip. If they think you need or deemed needed; they may ask later.
I don't think so in average - there might be special cases that went that long. Where did you get this information from?

Well, security check is same for any VOs as this is not done by that VO but border security and intelligence service. Hence, I don't think it is fault of any VOs.
Then Edmonton VO was opened in September 2018 which is 9 months so far that they have been operating! The timeline do not match. However, they are the same from Vegreville, AB. Hence, people might say the same but I am not sure that can be said same for all processings in that center.
