My status changed to In progress today, feeling happy , however i haven't received any email though, just randomly checked my CIC account

Just hit the 6 month mark today. Inland applicant here. File in NDVO though- which might be the cause of delay. I never thought it would come to this.

I already mailed them. I am going to call them as well, but many said they wont respond well to calls. I am also going to mail their program manager.

Just an FYI to all - Even though the email was sent to my personal email address (and I got an email from the CIC telling me I have a new message in my account), the email that they listed on the official letter is that of an immigration lawyer I used over 2 years ago, even though I explicitly told the CIC that I no longer have representation. So, if you have immigration lawyers/ consultants that no longer represent you, check with them anyway to ensure that they didn't get your confirmation by mistake.

1st of all I am not expert, but I am answering it logically, you can discuss your situation with VFS in Riyadh that can they send your passport to Islamabad, as the VFS is a services provider and charge for its services. May it help in your situation.

I have contacted VFS in Riyadh and they confirmed that I can not submit passports for Islamabad here. No response on my enquiry by London visa office even after 25 days. My 30 days are completing and I will not be able to submit passports in Islamabad within this duration.

I have contacted VFS in Riyadh and they confirmed that I can not submit passports for Islamabad here. No response on my enquiry by London visa office even after 25 days. My 30 days are completing and I will not be able to submit passports in Islamabad within this duration.

Try to get help from VFS in Riyadh that, can anyone (your friend/family member) submit your passport on behalf of you from VFS in Pakistan?

Otherwise, I advise, you should not mis this opportunity, try to visit Pakistan, just submitting the passport , plan a one day visit.

If it has been just one day then I would have done that. Submitting passports in Islamabad means being there for at least one month as can not travel back without passport. I believe changing in passport submission office is just normal activity but don't know why London visa office taking so long. Anyone who can advise in this situation.
