Does that mean that as it is close to 5 months now, my application is with New Delhi Visa Office?
If so, then is there a way to check my application status with them?

Dont worry about your status as of now. Just wait till 6 months are over.

At the bottom of page are listed local visa offices by countries. There are web form for contact and their email as well.

Hi Svetlanka, I suppose you are from Moscow VO? If yes, as I found out from another forum our applications will anyways be processed in Warsaw, and only then visas are being stamped in Moscow.

At least yours is in progress. 4 more days to go for 6 months and bg is still stuck at not needed :/

I just called CIC and one kind agent told me that my application has received all necessary information and she asked me to keep an eye on PPR.

same here too, i called them on friday.

i think most of the inlands are going to receive the PPR in a batch..as many of us either has BC in progress or many off us has called CIC and been told that everything is completed and should receive the final decision soon.

WOW! If I see correctly your AOR is 28 Jan? So they provided you an information without to cross 6 month mark? Lucky you ;D

i called them prior to 6months completion too..
the agent (she) was very nice to me; she asked when did u apply..i instead of telling exact date..just said january..i also briefed about my application and kind off showed my nervousness and anxiety...
