I am having the same issue on laptop. But on mobile it works fine.

Called CIC today !!

Agent was nice and kind enough to pull the details. He told me that all verifications ( including BGC ) on my applications is completed and Final Decision is pending. They might take few days to summarize and send final decision.

I hoping to see some good news by next week....

I have not received any update from my representative .... So , I am not sure.... just a guess , it was changed sometime early this week...
Honestly I dont know....

Guys, unlike most of you, my application status has not changed ever since I received the AOR i.e., 21st Jan 2016. Well, the only update is that I passed the medical test - that's it. This upsets me because, from what I have seen here, one does not receive a Passport Request unless IRCC completes the background check on you. Is that a safe / correct assumption?

Are there any other people like me? I wouldn't want to call CIC as the 6-month-normal-processing-time for EE applications has not passed yet.

How many months has it been since the AOR? Don't worry your BGC will go in progress soon!
