You can try this 1-800-622-6232 during CST working hours. But they don't entertain you until you have passed 6 months strictly. Try your luck.

Apparently all those who got PPR today had already gone to BG in progress a couple of days back. Did anyone indeed get PPR straight away without BG going to in progress?

Hope they start looking in to my BG soon
