Yup In Progress at the time of submission 19th jan ...then to Not needed....On 27th April In Progress....
but no sign of PPR

Yes, today around 1PM its changed from not needed to Inprogress. And around 4PM, I got the golden message on my CIC account.

I don't have any Note with the disclaimer too.

Also I got the PPR email first and then the mycic is update email after 2 hours. After I got the PPR email I logged in mycic to check and saw background check in progress, as expected.
