Sorry to hear that.

But dont lose hope. Go through the email. And re appeal if CIC misinterpreted something or have missed a document. I have seen in the past people sending a CSE after rejection and getting it approved later.

logged in to CIC and saw my profile was silently updated (no email since Feb though).

As I got a new passport two months ago and I used the old one to apply, I would like to ask you guys:

1. what should I do when Ottawa requests my passport, sending them the new one or the old one or together?

2. I am currently studying at a college in Toronto. Do I need to show the immigration officer my bank statement when I land?

you should raise a cse immidiately and inform CIC about the passport change. coz it might cause issues.

If you old passport has expired CIC might refuse your application.

JUst send the new document copies with explanation letter.

emergency!!

My previous company head manager just received a call from Hong Kong visa office, but he didn't mention clearly about my NOC 0212 job duties, since he doesn't know the stuff in technical department. he only said that I was in charge of some projects as projects manager.


what should I do now? please help! so panic!

If you are downloading on mobile device it wont. CIC does not allow that.

It should download on PC tho

Hi Kirtivsingh

Thank you so much for your help. I just filed a CSE and uploaded the copy of both of my passports. It says it will take 5 business days to get processed. Hope they will not refuse my application. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I just called the CIC and the person was not really helpful at all. She did not even seem to know now we can apply for PR online. She eventually sent me some links to change address and to check application status, but I don't really think it's for my case. Is there anything more I can do besides raising a CSE? Thanks.
