Hi all,

Today I received a request to Submit Schedule 4, which I am ready to submit but had a few questions and wondering if someone could answer them:
1. Do I have to upload the Schedule 4 form on MYCIC? If yes, where exactly?
2. Would anyone happen to know what is the purpose of obtaining a revised Schedule 4?

You will get an option to upload it via My CIC. "Check status and messages" --> "View Submitted Application" --> "Continue"
PNP applicants are required to submit this.

In my opinion, it happened because you submitted a revised PNP certificate. Therefore, they need to update your Schedule 4 as well.
 
But I have seen that they had asked for a revised Schedule 4 from most of the candidates within 1-2 weeks of their AOR.

I called up the SINP office to inquire about the extension on my nomination that is expiring in 10 days, while my PR application is still under review and to find out if I need to update them and request for a revised nomination in case the passport of my accompanying dependent has been renewed.

They told me to apply for both, extension and revision and provide the appropriate reason. They clearly told me that all applicants whose nomination is expiring while they have an application under processing, need to request for an extension, unless they have a work permit, which would automatically take care of the extension.

Accordingly, I filled up the form and requested for a revision and extension.

both the statements are contradictory, i m bit confused , should i apply for extension of my SINP PNP or not

Have you applied for PR via Express Entry and also the traditional paper method ?


IF you have applied in two methods. I assume they are asking you a question about which file would you want to pursue.

I think ordered for an express entry.

You need to select Permanent Residency when applying for GCMS notes as your file is currently reviewed for PR.

This is what I interpret.

Ok!! Seems like they have reached a decision on your file.

Yes, its ATIP who responds to GCMS request. Not sure what ATIP stands for though.

Note that they expect you to respond to their email. So make sure you write a detailed email about what you understand from their response and tell them you would like to know the decision of Permanent Residency.
